About the Role
We are seeking a passionate car enthusiast and natural leader to lead a vibrant Service Department Team. This is a great opportunity to join a highly motivated team with years of experience. We pride ourselves on providing great customer service and developing lasting relationships with our customers. Over the years the team has fostered a high following of loyal customers. We have a superior support structure in place to ensure you succeed.

 

About You
The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate the following:

  • A qualified mechanic
  • Experience as a Service Manager; including experience with manufacturers and new car franchises
  • A sound understanding of vehicle warranties and recalls and how they pertain to the service department
  • A team player who understands the importance of working with different departments to achieve goals
  • Able to collaborate with other departments (Parts, Sales and Service) to achieve organisational goals
  • Possess exceptional communication skills with an ability to build and develop customer relationships
  • Be process driven with a drive to succeed and achieve key KPI’s
  • Ability to train, mentor, motivate and develop a team of around 15 members
  • Professional and well presented
  • Current driver’s license
  • Police clearance
