About the Position
We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to provide executive and administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Shire President, and Councillors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing actions, records, mail, and communications.
  • Arranging travel and managing calendars.
  • Coordinating, organising, and prioritising daily routines, council meetings, and events.

About You
The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional organisational, time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. A collaborative team player with a can-do attitude, you should have:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field or comparable experience.
  • Advanced skills in professional written and oral communication.
  • Highly developed skills in using relevant software programs and digital tools.
  • Local government experience (preferred).
