Your role @ABBA

Business Development

  • Collaborate with operations managers to identify project opportunities and explore integrative strategies for revenue growth.

Client Relations Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Follow up on leads, negotiate terms and conditions, and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual sales objectives.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including the Managers & Supervisor, and Workshop team, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales reports, including activity updates, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts, to senior management.
