Position Overview:

Glass Co WA is seeking an Administration Support person to provide comprehensive support to our Glass Processing department, Showroom Consulting team, and overall system operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. This role will involve a combination of administrative tasks, customer service duties, and system support responsibilities

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Glass Processing Support:

- Assist with administrative tasks related to glass processing operations.

- Coordinate with production team to ensure timely completion of orders.

- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and deliveries.

Showroom Consulting:

- Greet customers and provide assistance in our showroom.

- Answer inquiries about products, services, and pricing.

- Schedule appointments for measures and installations.

System Support:

- Provide technical support for internal systems and software.

- Troubleshoot issues and liaise with IT department for resolution.

- Assist in data entry and maintenance of electronic records.

General Administrative Duties:

- Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle correspondence.

- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.



- Previous experience in administrative support roles preferred.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
