Description:

We are seeking a Corporate Services Support Officer to join our team in Kununurra, Western Australia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the corporate services department and assisting with various tasks related to office management.

Job Requirements:

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Attention to detail

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

 

Responsibilities:

- Provide a broad range of administrative support to the Corporate Servives team including Accounts/Finance, HR, Safety/Assets and Marketing.

- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance

- Assist with expense reporting

- Arrange staff travel

 

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in an administrative position.

- Experience using online platforms to successfully complete daily tasks with competing deadlines.

- Proven administrative skill sets, including the ability to process complex information in software programs, such as Microsoft Excel.

- Demonstrated sound interpersonal and communication skills.

 

Other requirements

A current (C) Class motor vehicle licence
