Job Requirements:

About the role

This pivotal position will see you coordinating and managing deliveries to our trade customers.

Your typical day won’t just be driving and delivering parts, your role is a key component of our branch team and you will build strong relationships through high standards of sales and service in this customer facing role.

In addition to this you will;

  • Enjoy being part of a high performing team in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Safely deliver automotive parts and products to our trade customers, including workshops and dealerships
  • Actively promote our products and marketing activities when delivering products
  • Be a team player and contribute towards the store’s success, you may need to support our team of parts interpreters and store people with processing customer orders, ensuring efficient dispatch of products and parts, processing credits & supporting queries from customers.
  • Put Safety first in everything you do! Our team prioritise safety, ensuring that we go home the way in which we arrived at work

What we’re looking for :

  • A proactive individual, able to multitask, and prioritise deliveries based on their urgency
  • Possess a Genuine Service mindset and thrive on being friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and able to establish strong customer relationships
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature)
  • Hold a valid driver’s licence (manual preferred) Ideally have previous customer service experience within a trade/mechanical environment and enjoy building on these relationships
  • Be available to work Mon - Fri and are flexible to work other days if requested
