Description:

NTC are looking for an experienced earthmoving plant Workshop Coordinator to oversee our workshop in Onslow and project sites around the Pilbara.

Job Requirements:

The Workshop Coordinator carries out a range of duties related to being the key contact between our work sites and the Workshop, for repair and maintenance of vehicles, including:.

  • Coordinating servicing of vehicles and Machinery
  • Taking enquires and service bookings
  • Keeping people up to date with vehicle progress
  • Invoicing and administration
  • Handling customer enquiries
  • Supporting retention strategies and attracting new business
  • Promoting the NTC brand

Skills and Experience

  • Outstanding Customer experience skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong administrative skills with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to prioritise time and use your initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and team player with a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Develop and maintain a good relationship with suppliers, customers, and internal service and parts department.
  • Keeping customers updated on all parts and service requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow processes and ensure accuracy of paperwork.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Great reliability with good attendance record
