We are currently offering an opportunity for a Fuel Scheduler to join our team, based at our Geraldton Depot at Deepdale.

Job Requirements:

About the role:
Reporting to the Area Manager the Fuel Scheduler is responsible for the safe and efficient scheduling of Fuel Tankers for loading and delivery throughout the Midwest region of WA.

  • Plan and schedule all fleet movements for bulk fuel deliveries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate drivers and monitor fatigue management.
  • Plan efficient and safe load profiles.
  • Assist in coordinating maintenance management of heavy vehicle fleet.
  • Generate schedules which fully utilise long-haul delivery equipment, truck load plans and safe driving plans for drivers.
  • Answer, reply and action customer email requests.
  • Process and invoice lubes.
  • Data entry and maintenance of record keeping in main operating system to achieve required deadlines.

Skills and experience:

  • Previous transport scheduling or logistics experience.
  • Strong focus on safety and compliance processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to plan, prioritise and organise work demands and deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

A strong work ethic and reliability are required, along with the ability to work calmly in a demanding environment.

An attractive salary is offered, negotiable on experience.
