Bayview Geographe Resort is part of the Bayview International Hotels & Resorts Group. We have 11 properties throughout Australia, Singapore, Malaysia and New Zealand, with plans to expand significantly over the coming years.

Located just a short drive from the centre of Busselton, we are situated right on the beautiful Geographe Bay beach. Our property spans over 27 acres and our accommodation options include studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom villas.

We currently have the opportunity to expand our team of Maintenance Technicians and we want you! This is a perfect position for someone who loves getting their hands dirty and solving problems, enjoys variety in their working day, and likes to work as part of a team but is also comfortable working unsupervised when required.

We are looking for a Full Time team member who has the flexibility to work a roster which will include weekends and a variety of shift times ranging from morning, mid and afternoon shifts, working between the hours of 7am and 8pm. You wont be required to work every weekend, as we rotate these through the staff evenly. This position is paid an hourly rate + penalty rates, meaning you will be paid for every single hour worked. The hourly rates currently offered are Mon-Fri ($29.00)Sat ($36.25)Sun ($43.50).



  • Assist in the upkeep and maintenance of the property to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Day to day operation of maintenance / grounds requirements within our Resort, such as fixing basic plumbing and tap issues, door fixings, painting, TV issues, swimming pool upkeep, carpentry, cabinetry and minor machinery maintenance.
  • Work on projects within the resort, by transferring from one task to another dependent on the level of urgency of the job.
  • Able to follow a preventative maintenance schedule.
  • Work closely with other departments to determine what jobs need to be done and keep them updated as to the progress of the jobs.



  • Current driver's licence and your own vehicle.
  • Ability to provide a current National Police Clearance.
  • Flexibility to work weekends.
  • Currently living locally (we are unable to provide accommodation).
  • Previous experience in a similar role and a trade qualification such as electrical, plumbing and carpentry will be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of safe work practices and willingness to adhere to these.
  • Physical fitness as this is a very manual / hands on role.
