We are excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled HME Specialist with a proven track record in management to join our team as the Service Supervisor for our Geraldton Branch.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be at the forefront of overseeing operations spanning the Mid-West & Gascoyne regions, ensuring the seamless execution of service jobs and the utmost satisfaction of our valued customers.

Role Located: Geraldton -  Relocation Allowance available

Roster: Mon - Fri (Permanent Full time)

Remuneration: Base + Bonus + Super + Housing Allowance + Company Vehicle + career development

What we are looking for:

  • Motivated, customer-focused, experienced manager with proven leadership skills
  • Knowledge of earth moving machinery and the mining industry or similar experience
  • Financial reporting experience; including revenue forecast, P&L and WIP management
  • Ability to recruit, develop, and coach team members
  • Promote a strong team-orientated environment within the division and other departments
  • Ability to analyse work place risk and implement necessary changes promptly
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent Komatsu whilst building relationships with customers, employees, vendors and suppliers
