We are looking for an Office Account Administrator to join our dynamic team located in Bunbury!

Job Requirements:

Tasks and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • General book keeping duties
  • Generating reports for management
  • Assist with Payroll processing including accounts receivable and bank reconciliations
  • Liaise with health insurances as required
  • General data entry
  • Assisting with internal audits
  • Provide support to front office staff

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Admin Officer qualifications or significant experience in a similar role
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience in a busy administration role
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Demonstrated history of strong work ethic and reliability
  • Demonstrated high level of problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently (as required) and exercise initiative
  • Commitment to providing a patient focused service in a timely, consistent, coordinated and flexible manner
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to multi-task
  • Interest in the dental care of patients
