Job Requirements:

What We Are Looking For:

  • A genuine passion and drive to deliver top-quality service to customers
  • Previous experience in a service manager/coordinator, parts interpreter role, or similar
  • Practical knowledge of hydraulic systems is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication with customers, sales staff, and suppliers
  • Professional phone manner
  • Ability to de-escalate tricky conversations
  • Ability to work within tight timeframes
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependability and strong work ethic
  • Highly organized
  • Commitment to safe work practices

What a day in the life of a Service & Warranty Coordinator Involves:

  • Receive calls and liaise with existing customers to diagnose warranty issues
  • Record all communications in the CRM system
  • Coordinate the after-sales ticket system
  • Process spare parts and warranty orders
  • Manage returns and internal repairs
  • Coordinate used stock movements and prepare attachments for resale
  • Liaise with external suppliers for parts, warranty reimbursement, and product changes
  • Pursue quarantine and return of faulty goods to suppliers
  • Brainstorm solutions with the Engineering team
