The Opportunity:

As a site manager for a solar and BESS farm, play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations, ensuring optimal performance, coordinating maintenance and repair activities to maximize energy production and storage.


The Mission:

Coordinate and ensure the operation and maintenance of the facilities under its responsibility, in accordance with the Company procedures, contracts and regulations, as well as the guidelines of the Operation Manager in order to achieve the goals established to the role.


The Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Operation Manager and other applicable departments and actively participate in investigation of all operational, environmental, and safety incidents to determine root cause. Propose corrective, preventive and/ or improvement actions within the scope of continuous improvement.
  • Follow up on Operational and O&M Contractual KPIs and participate in periodical reconciliation processes with O&M Contractor) unavailability, efficiency, production…)
  • Propose and, where appropriate, implement the improvements and modifications to the equipment and facilities that are necessary to optimize the operational processes.
  • Ensure all facilities are maintained in accordance with contractual arrangements and to a high standard taking into consideration legal and OEM requirements.
  • Ensure site carry out periodic inspections in accordance with specifications alongside both electrical, mechanical, hydraulic component replacements and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure that the works are performed according to established procedures, instructions or safety checklists ensuring the quality in the works deemed necessary.
  • Carry out regular inspections providing assurance of compliance and identifying potential hazards.


Job Requirements:


  • Vocational Educational Training (VET) or associate degree. Preferably Electrical or Mechanical.
  • 5 years of experience in supervision positions ideally renewable energy generation plants.
  • Knowledge of PV and battery operation and maintenance.
  • Significant understanding of and commitment to the highest standard of health and safety in the work environment.
  • Valid driver’s license.
