About the role:

This role will provide the technical expertise and ensure a smooth transition to our new CRM by working closely with the project implementation team and our external IT services provider.

The ideal candidate for this position will be an expert of managing multiple stakeholders and priorities ensure all critical time frames and project milestones are met.

Maximum Term (6 months) – 38 hours per week – $104,000 base per annum - Based at our Mandurah or Guildford office. 

Job Requirements:

Role Specific Requirements: 

  • Serve as a Technical Project Lead, responsible for the technical aspects of the project.
  • Work with subject matter experts and the project team to gather and document the technical requirements for data migration.
  • Develop and implement the Data Migration Strategy and plan for migration.
  • Design and implement comprehensive rule sets, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of our migrated data.
  • Validate data post-migration to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist staff and stakeholders with training and support initiatives.
  • Provide advice and service for other aspects of our internal IT whilst liaising with our external IT provider.

Qualification and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading successful data migration projects.
  • Project management skills and qualification (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with individuals from a range of social, financial and cultural backgrounds.
  • Ability to cope with changes in work demands, to think outside the box and problem solve.
  • Australian work rights / appropriate visa.
  • Current National Police Clearance (not older than 6 months).
