We are currently seeking hard working, motivated people to join our team in the position of Timber Processors in our production areas.

The successful people will be offered a permanent position, working 45 hours per week on a roster that covers both day and night shifts. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role, requiring you to be on your feet for up to 12 hours per day.

Job Requirements:

All of our Timber Processors are responsible for:

  • Processing timber on an automated line.
  • Maintaining a neat and tidy work environment.
  • Manual handling of various timber products.
  • Following safe work practices.
  • Ensuring all aspects of product quality are met
  • Meeting performance and safety targets.
  • Gaining a strong understanding of the production process.

About you:

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of completing practical tasks and following specified work instructions.
  • A desire to learn and high level of enthusiasm to develop new skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with good problem-solving skills.
  • A high commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience of what is required to commit to shift work is an advantage.
