Job Requirements:

About the role:

You will be delivering training and assessment for RII30120 Certificate III in Surface Extraction Operations and RII20220 Certificate II in Surface Extraction Operations across the Kalgoorlie/Boulder region. Delivery is through TAG operated RTOs; Mining Transport and Construction Services Pty Ltd (RTO ID 52053), and Australian Business and Vocational Training (RTO ID 52592) and includes both theory and practical activities.


Skills & Experience:

  • All trainers must possess the Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110 including units TAEASS502 and TAELLN411) or higher.
  • Certificate III in Surface Extraction Operations (RII30120).
  • Relevant and current vocational industry currency (minimum of 3 years’ experience in the industry sector).
  • Experience delivering relevant and engaging training in a classroom and workplace settings to a diverse range of students.
  • Ability to successfully provide a National Police clearance and Working with Children check.
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good administration skills including using Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively in a team.
  • Traffic management experience desirable.
