Specialist Support Coordination Services (SSCS) is a disability services organisation dedicated to supporting people with complex needs to navigate the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), exercise choice and control, and achieve meaningful, sustainable outcomes.

Working across regional and remote Western Australia, SSCS specialises in providing high-quality, person-centred support coordination for individuals experiencing complex disability-related, social and systemic challenges.

Our work extends beyond coordinating services. We advocate for participants, build collaborative relationships and work alongside families, guardians, service providers and government agencies to develop coordinated, practical and sustainable support arrangements.

What We Do

SSCS provides specialist coordination and advocacy for participants with complex support needs, including those requiring coordinated responses across disability, health, housing, justice, mental health and community service systems.
