Casual Customer Service Officer (Ref: 1066)

About the position:

This position is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to the internal and external clients of the Aquarena. Act as the first point of customer contact, respond appropriately and effectively to all queries, support and promote the services on offer to internal and external clients.

Key accountabilities:

• Process all transactions for pro-shop sales, entry and membership fees.
• Provide timely and accurate assistance with general enquiries from internal and external customers, in person, by telephone and email.
• Enter bookings on the facilities software system as required.

Position requirements:

Seeking applicants who have developed a high level of customer service and public relations in their previous roles. Ideally this candidate would provide a positive customer experience in an effective and professional manner.

Completion of a pre-employment medical including alcohol and other substances testing is required of all positions at the City.

Remuneration and benefits:

The Casual Customer Service Officer position has a salary between $27.40 per hour to $34.89 per hour (plus 25% loading on all hours worked), offered dependent on knowledge, skills, age, experience and qualifications.
