AIM Mining Corporation is an emerging gold development company with big plans underway. We currently operate the Warrawoona Gold Project in the East Pilbara region of Western Australia and are now ramping up operations at the Nullagine Gold Project.

This is a rare opportunity to join a brand-new processing operation from the ground up, working with a motivated team during commissioning, ramp-up and steady-state production.

FIFO from Perth on a 2:1 roster, this newly created role offers exciting times ahead for experienced Process Technicians looking to grow with a company that knows how to deliver.

About the Role

As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the gold processing plant and associated equipment, supporting production targets and plant performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operate processing plant equipment across Crushing, Milling, CIL/CIP, Elution, Gravity and Gold Room areas
• Support commissioning, ramp-up and ongoing production activities
• Monitor plant performance and report operating issues or variances
• Conduct routine inspections, sampling and housekeeping duties
• Work closely with supervisors, metallurgists and maintenance teams
• Follow all safety, environmental and operational procedures
• Contribute to continuous improvement and team-based problem solving

About You

You are a hands-on, safety-focused operator with gold processing experience and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications & Tickets:

• Current WA Manual Driver’s Licence
• Certificate III in Process Plant Operations (or equivalent)
• Forklift, Loader or other mobile equipment tickets (desirable)
• Senior First Aid (desirable)

Experience:

• Previous experience in a gold processing plant environment
• Exposure to Crushing, Milling, CIL/CIP, Elution or Gravity circuits
• Strong understanding of safe work practices and plant operations
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based FIFO environment
