What we're looking for

We're looking for qualified swim teachers with:

• A minimum of 1 year's experience in the swim teaching industry
• A genuine passion for teaching children
• A positive, energetic attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• A strong work ethic
• Availability for at least one weekend day or two afternoons a week
• Someone who wants to continue learning and growing

Swim Teacher – Job Requirements

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Swim Teachers to join our team.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 12 months’ experience teaching swimming.
• Relevant swim teaching qualifications and current industry certifications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• A passion for teaching children and helping swimmers develop their skills and confidence.
• The ability to create a fun, safe and engaging learning environment.
• Excellent reliability, punctuality and professionalism.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A strong understanding of water safety and swimming techniques.
• A positive attitude and willingness to follow our swim school’s programs, policies and procedures.
• Previous experience working with children is highly desirable.
• Availability to commit to permanent weekly shifts, including weekday and weekend availability.
