Workfast is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisors to join our Clients Team, with their Dongara WA operations.

The Role:

You will be providing leadership across maintenance, reliability, and safe operations of our Lime Sand Processing Plant and Kiln.

Reporting to the Site Superintendent, this position plays a critical role in ensuring plant reliability, regulatory compliance, and operational performance across complex fixed processing assets.

 

You will lead a multi-disciplinary maintenance team while driving continuous improvement initiatives that support safe, efficient, and reliable kiln operations.

 

This role suits a hands-on maintenance leader with strong experience in heavy industry, mineral processing, or continuous manufacturing environments who enjoys balancing people, leadership, technical problem solving, and operational delivery.

  • 6am - 6pm/6pm - 6.00am shift
  • 12 hour days

Job Requirements:

What you need:

  • S26 ticket
  • DMIRS stat exam confirmation
  • White card
  • Experience in mining and process plant Ops
  • Mechanical or Electrical trade ( highly regarded )
  • SAP experience ( highly regarded )
  • ability to work days/Nights/Weekends
