About the role

We are currently looking to speak with Service Managers or Workshop Managers, to lead this strong performing service department located in Cunderdin, WA

You may come from an Ag dealership or from within the Truck, Earthmoving, Automotive dealership or aftermarket service industry, it doesn't matter - as long as you have existing Workshop Management experience.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be a people person who is excited by the challenge of leading an established team within the service department. Strong leadership and customer service is paramount, and you will ensure that your team delivers top quality service to their valued clients.

 

 

Ideally you will have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, supervising a team
  • Experience mentoring, leading and helping teams to meet KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Devotion to customer satisfaction and service requirements
  • Strong computer literacy skills

How to Apply:

Whilst not essential, previous exposure to Agricultural and Farming Machinery in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous (but not essential) for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Claas, Kubota, Deutz or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.

 

 

This role offers a competitive base salary of c. $140k-$155k, plus a work vehicle, and subsidised accommodation, making it an attractive proposition for those seeking a rewarding career in regional WA.
