AGRICULTURAL SPARE PARTS INTERPRETER POSITION

Who we’re looking for to join our team:

• You will be self-motivated, honest, friendly & reliable with an excellent work ethic
• Mechanically minded, preferably with farming industry experience
• Great written & verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills with experience in spare parts & retail preferred
• Efficient, adaptable & a team player
• Proactive, genuinely customer-focused & take pride in your work
• Have strong attention to detail & accuracy
• Forklift licence desirable

What you’ll do:

• Greet & assist customers with parts enquiries & sales
• Deliver accurate spare parts interpretation & advice to customers
• Uphold high standards in professional customer service
• Order processing & follow-up, taking responsibility for day-to-day parts operations
• Maintain an inventory of stocked spare parts
