About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our new Priceline Pharmacy. This is a part-time position based in Northam, WA 6401. Priceline Pharmacy Northam is looking for retail sales assistants to join our team on a full-time basis. These are hands-on retail roles for people who enjoy being active on the shop floor, engaging with customers and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the store. We are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and helping our customers find the right health, beauty and wellness products to suit their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs and confidently recommend suitable products.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising, product presentation and store organisation.
• Replenish stock and ensure shelves are well-stocked and tidy.
• Support promotional activities and contribute to achieving store sales targets.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain store standards and achieve business goals.
• Follow store procedures and maintain a clean, safe and organised environment.

About you

• Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail environment is highly desirable.
• Drive and passion to provide World Class customer service.
• Experience in working to and exceeding KPIs.
• Confidence in engaging with customers and recommending products.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
